Direct Hub will use the most reliable and cost effective carrier to ship your purchase.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time if you notify us in writing before your items are dispatched. We will refund the cost of the order and the original delivery charged.
Every so often mistakes do happen, and because of the nature of the goods being delivered damages do occur.
If you receive the incorrect item or it was faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact our friendly customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and they will decide and inform you whether to have the goods returned or not.
Wherever possible, we will endeavor to organize a replacement item for you, however this cannot be guaranteed since we do not carry unlimited stock
Returned products must be returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging, in a fully resalable condition. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Direct Hub reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable or if any of the above terms have been breached.
Please include a copy of your delivery documents or invoice so that we can easily match your details, and help us process your refund speedily.
Your refund will be processed within 10 days from the date the goods are received into our warehouse
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse - so for very expensive items we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage for expensive items. Direct Hub is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged in good enough quality transport packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives at our warehouse in a resalable condition.
